I greatly enjoyed hotel's prime location!!
Location: the hotel was right by the best best beach on the island imo, good restaurants and activities and bars. Popped in Ploy Talay Restaurant for shots before sleep, it was just a short walk away from the venue...

Nice low, budget hotel with good value, we had a really really nice stay. the location was good, for example, Cactus Petes Casino was at a moderate distance from the venue. It was a 10, 15 minute walking distance from downtown, that worked for us. Rewritten: We had a fantastic stay at this affordable hotel, with great value for money. the location was convenient, with Cactus Petes Casino just a moderate distance away. Additionally, being a 10, 15 minute walk from downtown suited us perfectly.

Located just of the fantastic white beach, your in the water in 2 minutes after leaving your room. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Hotel is just of the beach and basically in the middle of the djungle. Rooms are a bit dated and cleaning is not the best meaning some of the creatures will join you in the room. We had quite some bugs and in the bathroom the biggest spider I have seen outside a Zoo, maybe this is a part of the djungel feeling and living close to the nature?

Review for Sawasdee Coco Resort, Koh Samet
We truly appreciated our clean and reasonably priced rooms during our stay. the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. the setting of the resort was simply amazing, conveniently located just off the pier taxi service, surrounded by the beautiful island and garden. We loved the vibrant Sai Kaew Beach district and had a wonderful time during our 2-night stay!

Good location very near the beach.
Although a great location and very near the beach, the room allocated to us was relatively old compared with others and was showing several signs of tiredness. Also use plenty of mosquito spray.

Just one minor thing we did not like - the uncomfortable location of power sockets to use a kettle and other electric stuff. That's it )).

The only thing I liked was the location right at the beach. The room was clean.
The staff were unfriendly, they only seem to be freindly to Thai visitors; very inattentive. They dont have breakfast or a restauant whcih is ok because there are many others; but they are also unfrienly to foreigners. Even though the room was clean I didnt like the shower, which wasnt seperated from the rest of the bathroom. So everytime you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. Cat meowed early in the morning - constantly. And the leaves had to be swept at 6.30 in the morning right in front of the window - very noisy. Not a place to recommend.

The beachfront location was mind-blowing, with quick check-in and clean rooms. The cafe offered reasonably priced drinks and snacks, and the free sunbeds were super.

The room was spacious and well-equipped for a great price, and the location was perfect being close to Bull House.
